1. Order Confirmation: Within a few minutes of placing your order, you will receive an automated email confirming the details of your order. If any of the details are incorrect, please let us know immediately.

2. Delivery Confirmation: A follow-up email will then be sent by us confirming that your order is on its way and when to expect its arrival.

VAT RECEIPT

If you require a VAT receipt, please enter your company or trading name in the section provided on the checkout page. The receipt will then be emailed to you as a printable pdf document.

BACK-ORDERS

Any items listed as being “Available on back-order” means they are not currently in stock and cannot be delivered within our normal 1-3 day delivery times. Delivery times vary but do not usually take longer than 10-14 working days. The estimated delivery time will be confirmed by email.

IF YOUR CARD PAYMENT IS DECLINED
Don’t worry. The payment may appear to have been debited from your account but it is has only been reserved by your bank whilst they await approval of the transaction. It will be reversed and made available again when your bank receives confirmation that the payment has failed or been declined. This process normally takes a few hours.
