Returns Process

To Return Goods :
1. Contact us within 14 days after receipt of your goods using our contact form
2. We will provide a returns number and full instructions on how and where to return your goods.
3. We will process your refund within 1-2 working days after the returned goods have been accepted.

– Do not return any goods until you have received a returns number from us.
– Follow the instructions to reduce delays and the risk of your return being rejected.
– Pack the goods properly. Goods damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.
– Use an insured delivery service. Insure your goods for the total amount you paid excluding delivery.

All goods being returned must be :
– Unused and in their original packaging with all fixings and paperwork.

The following CANNOT be returned :
– Any goods that have been used, worn, fitted or damaged.
– Any goods that have been tampered with, altered or incomplete.
– Any goods customised, personalised or made-to-order.

Delivery Costs
Unless we are at fault, customers are responsible for the cost of returning any items.
The cost of delivering the goods to the customer will be deducted from any refunds.
All goods are delivered from the UK.
